Registration Participation in the 3rd High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, hosted by the Government of Ghana, is by invitation only. Invitations have been sent by the Government of Ghana to officials of more than 200 governments, donor organizations, and other institutions. Participants are required to complete the online pre-registration form by 15 August 2008. Each individual member of the delegation from an invited country or organization is required to fill in the online form. Participants should access the form using the links below, which are password-protected. Participants need to log in using the password that was provided by email under separate cover. If you have not received a password, please contact secretariat@accrahlf.net. Please note the password is not case sensitive. Once logged-in, the participant will be asked to provide information on their participant category, travel, hotel/accommodation, and other related matters in the registration form. The online registration process began the week of 30 June and will close on 15 August, 2008. (Information on registration and reminders to register is being sent to participants who have already confirmed their participation to the HLF Secretariat). On-site badge pick-up will take place at the Forum venue beginning Monday, 1 September 2008, at 11:00 am until 6:00 pm. It will remain open throughout the Forum and from Tuesday through Thursday the hours will be 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. In Accra, registrants will be asked to present government-issued, photographic identity documents in order to access the on-site registration area.
